Staci was full of energy and extremely welcoming and supportive during our dog yoga event. Even while my dog was barking, she was still able to go with the flow and keep the class present. I’d love to see more in-person events/classes offered with Staci.

Staci is a great coach. Love working out with her.. All exercises are easy to follow yet you can feel the burn.. good combination of exercises for strength cardio and core.

Staci is wonderful! She has a really nice vibe, she is very good explaining the movements, she is very observant and will help you flow better through the exercises. Also she keeps count for you and her timing with the music is on point.

Staci is very personable and was easy to chat with right from the start. She was great at explaining the exercises and assuring we were on track. She also had an excellent playlist to listen to during the workout! She went above and beyond for the mimosas and snacks after the workout, too. Thank You!

Staci has infectious enthusiasm and can expertly lead a workout. She chooses the right words to transition to the next exercise seamlessly and to motivate you at the right moments. She also pay keen attention to make sure your form is correct. The post-workout mimosas and food were an absolute treat too. I 100% look forward to future events with Staci.

I am new to the working-out world and I had knee surgery earlier this year- Staci was very patient with me and guided me to do a variety of safe and effective exercises! She created a well-rounded class targeting all areas of the body and using a mix of different equipment. Staci was also really kind and easy to talk to about my form or ask if I was using a machine correctly, and she encouraged me to not be intimidated by the TRX System! Working with Staci was a great way to regain my gym confidence, I feel comfortable using what I learned on my own in the future! Hope to take another class with Staci again!

Staci is one of the best trainers I have ever had. If you are set on your fitness goals, she will be there for you to support and train you. A very bright and cheerful person, she guides and helps you make fitness a part of your daily routine. I always look forward to my sessions with Staci for a fun workout. I leave every session feeling happy and accomplished.
