About Monique:

My name is Monique Tyes and I have been a Fitness instructor for 16 years. I have taught Pilates, Water aerobics, Zumba, Bootcamp and Yoga. I currently teach Yoga to students of all ages. I began my yoga journey 20 years ago when I was looking for something to help me become more centered and flexible. Since then I have found it to also be healing as well and I aim to share my passion for yoga to all who are open to it. I like to make my students feel welcome and let them know that yoga is for EVERY body by meeting them where they are on the mat and allowing them to work up to their level.
