About Jeremy:
My name is Jeremy Nardiello, I began my career as an outpatient orthopedic physical therapist, but undertook further education during the COVID pandemic to become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I've specialized in helping individuals of all ages optimize their movement in a rehab setting and in the gym setting through my experience providing personal training to a variety of individuals and fitness levels. I specialize in safe and healthy movements, with other focuses in functional movements, and running related training (with a focus on avoiding injury!) Whether you're looking to improve your lifts, enhance your running performance, or train for longevity in life, I bring a personalized, holistic approach to every session with a safer spin due to my physical therapy background. My goal is to empower you to move better, feel stronger, and perform at your best—no matter your fitness level or age.
