I’m a yoga instructor specializing in anxiety relief and stress management, based in the Dallas Texas area soon relocating to Illinois. 



Whether you're just starting your yoga journey or looking for gentle, supportive practices to manage overwhelm, I’m here to help you uncover or reconnect with your inner peace.

What makes me unique as a coach is my blend of mindfulness, trauma-informed yoga, and nervous system education to create safe, compassionate space, especially for those who have felt unseen or overwhelmed in traditional wellness spaces.
