I loved this class! My only concern is that this class is only offered on Saturdays! Which can be busy for me (travel, skiing, etc). I would definitely attend this class more if there were offerings around 6:30/7 pm during the week. It would be great if the goal of this class was to build a workout (or a few different ones) that I could use in the gym by myself.

Sierra was a great instructor! She asked me a lot of questions to gauge injuries and experience. She was also very nice and encouraging. Loved the class!!

I really loved all of the instructors and I definitely learned a lot about where to focus my fitness. However, it would have been great for a second portion of the assessment to address exercises and machines/techniques that would help to strengthen these areas. Perhaps a small taste of what a one-on-one training session would be like.

Hannah was great! She took the time to sit down with me before our official hour started and talk about my fitness, habits, and goals, which I really appreciated. Then we had the hour for her to show me my program, how to use some of the equipment I was unfamiliar with, etc. I definitely felt like she listened to what I needed/wanted and responded accurately, and she was also great about correcting my form when needed, which is so important. I would definitely recommend her!

Tyler is a great trainer. With our class of 4, he organized rotating stations. He walked around to check each of our forms and provided feedback when needed.

Will was a great trainer. He made sure I was comfortable with the moves, and regularly checked to see if I needed to make any adjustments. He is also easy to talk to and approachable.

I loved Hannah! She is so nice and I felt comfortable sharing my weaknesses and comfort levels with her. I felt she also tailored the workout to my goals which was awesome.

The space isn't ideal but we make the best of it and it is certainly better than trying to do it in the gym.

Unfortunately, the club room was double booked. Breakfast for the residents interrupted us halfway through the class. It would be great to have a designated space for yoga and other classes where we would not be interrupted, possibly in a vacant apartment.

The gym at Talavera uses the space much more efficiently since the recent updates. I love the new equipment. However, it would be great to have TRX Suspension equipment and an adjusted pull up bar. It would also be great to have a yoga studio somewhere in the complex, perhaps in a vacant apartment.

Hannah was able to show me how to use some more of the equipment. Space is limited but we definitely made it work. The only other thing I will mention is that we talked about possibly getting a kickbox/boxing oriented class introduced into the schedule. I would definitely be interested in that. (Though I have some concerns about the limiting amount of space Talavera has to offer.)

I wish we could have been better acquainted with the equipment in our gym and how to safely use it. There doesn't seem to be much in there but the instructors seemed to have a good insight on ways to make all the equipment work for us. I wish we had gotten more of that.
