Really helpful session. Bass was too pronounced in music for me. Made ending abrupt instead of relaxing. That being said, still 5 stars!

The instructions for this class were hard to follow. I often felt lost/flustered mid-pose because of the timing upcoming next steps descriptions. The poses themselves weren't difficult, just the flow and description to them.
