Barre combines toning and sculpting with elongated movements to strengthen your muscles, and increase mobility while enjoying a low-impact workout inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. In this class the instructor will also incorporate flexibility and mobility which are essential aspects of training and recovery that keep you moving efficiently and without pain. This class will leave you feeling worked, restored, and ready to take on the day. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one.
