What a welcoming place this was. The owner was very friendly and really made me feel at home. I would highly recommend this to anyone that wants to work out without the distractions a large facility can create.

Plenty of room to work, and a wide variety of equipment available. A nice, quiet atmosphere and very friendly staff.

Great gym! Clean equipment and never too crowded. The changing room is really nice for a small gym. Love working out here!

JK personal training has two separate large rooms, one completely covered with hardwood floor, another filled with exercise equipment. It has a nice locker room and shower.
