Enjoy the outdoors and get a great workout with new friends. This class will include walking or jogging intervals, whatever your preference may be, paired with bodyweight strength exercises for all levels. If you're a runner, hiker, or walker, anticipate this class to help you target the right muscles to help you improve your form and prevent injury. Participants will meet in the Field House Gymnasium and if the weather is not cooperating the coach will program a class for indoors.
