This class is catered to participants of all fitness levels. It targets all muscle groups by engaging in dynamic and isometric movements. It is designed to promote strength and lean muscle growth. Toward the end of class, the instructor will provide guided stretching and mobility exercises to the activity to help participants leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
