This is a 2 part event:
First Hour: Full-Body Workout - This class is catered to participants targeting all muscle groups by engaging in dynamic and isometric movements. It is designed to promote strength, cardiovascular endurance, lean muscle growth, and fat loss.
Second Hour: Social Hour with mimosas and light snacks.
