Loved this class! It is so nice to have a 7 pm class because it allows me time to get home from work and be ready for a relaxing practice. I love that our building provides these classes and look forward to taking many more!

I can not say enough good things about Sara. She truly wants to help people and works well with each of us. She is a good listener and trys to put in excercises that will help after discussing the issues. I always come away feeling I have had a good work out and feel stress free.

Excellent class! KEEP SARA GODFREY as the yoga instructor for Boathouse Landing! She is peaceful, kind, and respectful to the class.Great class, and excellent way to press the restart button after sitting down all day at work.
