This was a very nice class after the holidays - with beautiful flow, guidance, supportive of personal limits, and strengths. I felt relaxed as well as an increase in energy at the class end.

Kristine’s excellent guidance helped to overcome the distraction of noise from a party scheduled to start after class but was set up at the same time we started. I realize a party needs set up time but be respectful of others using the facility.

Engaging and delightful yoga experience. The group of regular attendees appreciates Kristine's yoga expertise and beautiful heart! New attendees are always warmly welcomed.

This class is consistently outstanding and provides an opportunity to experience yoga in meaningful ways. Students are empowered at individual fitness and need levels in an empowering and dynamic class process.
