Great class. Super fun and interesting to watch the food preparation from scratch. Elizabeth made an authentic, traditional and popular Thai recipe simple to watch and learn in a short time. Learned how to make curry paste from scratch (instead of store bought) also learned how to cook with some items that are new to me. Definitely made me more confident and comfortable in trying the recipe and make my own variations from it. Also received receipe and tips before the class which was helpful. Elizabeth was super patient and friendly in answering all the questions and sharing helpful tips. Thanks for another great class.
