This class is a great way to start off the weekend. Fast paced, it will make you break a sweat. Greg is good at tailoring it to all levels of fitness and abilities.

Paige returned to Lex last week and worked us hard. She guided us on new tips to achieve our best form. It's always fun with Paige to learn some difficult positions on a 1 hr. challenging full body series of circuits. Thanks Paige!

Great fast paced all body strength training with emphasis on your hitting timed circuit reps as goals while Luke spots you to ensure proper form is being maintained. Thanks Luke.

Terrific, very fast pace 'push yourself harder' all round, varied challenge your form workout with Luke, a real training pro. I was tired before it started and invigorated when finished. The hour flew by! I look forward to more of the same 'all out' tomorrow! Thanks Luke.

Anna moved us at a good strong drive pace to really work new body movements which helped. Improve in ways I realized the next day. She was great to help me work hard after a hard work with Dale the night before. Thanks Anna.

Wow! Dale really kicked into big time gear my body BLITZ limits at this terrific 1 hr full body workout! Dale showing me how to safely reach my limits just enough to build much more strength on each properly executed movement. I learned so much from watching Dale's perfect form. Thanks!

Great all over 1 hr. workout session last night at Lex on machines, mats, bikes, other equipment while under Dustin's 'guided fitness'. I felt it all over and all's good. Thanks Dustin! When I first started Guided I could not lift any weight on the large angled chest press machine. Ask Chris. Now I'm up to 10 lbs. which I did not know because have not used that machine since Chris showed me last year. Progress! My upper body is slow to strengthen but getting there. 3 min Planks helped a lot.00 characters)

My first class with Dustin was really terrific! He is a real fitness pro. In just 1 short hour he showed me how to correctly do various types of strength training exercises to strengthen different parts of my body. He demonstrated several forms of equipment, from mat to machines and quickly moved this class from circuit to circuit. After I felt I had a really good workout. I will definitely make all Dustin's Body Blitz classes.
