Start the event off with a 1-hour All-Levels Vinyasa Flow Yoga class. This yoga class is perfect for those new to yoga and seasoned yogis. The postures can be accommodations for all bodies. Explore yoga's physical, mental, and emotional benefits through simple movement, mindfulness, and breathwork. The poses in this class are designed to encourage openness in the body and find rest and rejuvenation for the mind. After class, move to the social area for food, drinks, and conversation while painting wine glasses.
