I would suggest if possible the ingredient list be sent out when someone joins the class instead of the day-of. It was difficult to fit in buying groceries between when the list was sent and the class ~4 hours after. Truth be told my fiance signed up and joined the stream because a conflict came up for me, so I cannot comment on the stream itself, but the dish made tasted wonderful. Would cook it again!
