This class is a FREE demo class to try out a new 6-week fitness program beginning January 19th. Start the new year off right with 6 weeks of guidance, accountability, and unique full-body workouts. Participants will meet for an in-person class each week with expert Guided Fitness coach Bianca Pressley. Bianca will help you track your progress and share additional workouts and guidance to help you stay consistent throughout the week.
