Start your weekend off right by joining for the Rejuvenation workout. The first half of class will focus on yoga for runners, poses that help support a strong, stable, flexible body. The second half of class will incorporate an easy run built for enjoying the outdoors and getting the heart pumping. You will leave the workout refreshed and ready to tackle the weekend.

We will meet at Grasslawn Park in Redmond. The group will meet by the bathrooms located in the center of the park.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Please bring your own yoga mat. Also be dressed and prepared to run after the yoga session.
