Restorative yoga is a practice of USING PILLOWS, cushions and yoga blocks (as much as you have available to you) to support yourself, and HOLD the postures for up to 5 minutes so that your body gets a chance to really release PENT-UP tension- something that we so rarely allow ourselves.

Lounge, linger, and melt in long held Restorative postures that allow us to move through difficulty with grace.

Find physical, mental ,and emotional relief.
Target the major muscles, fascia, organs and rest your weary bones.
Tap into your subtle energy bodies and even your psychic energy.
This class will enable you to find greater ease of movement, less stiffness, and much more gliding in space as opposed to always pushing and hurting.

You will waken the soft power in your heart, and leave ready to get out and face life’s great challenges with greater tenderness and ease.

We meet ourselves exactly where we are, letting go of anything that is weighing us down, so we can evolve and change, becoming more resilient within ourselves and in the world.

These yoga practices will awaken your spirit, offer relief, and inspire a sense of freedom within you.
