Hi, I’m Zand Gorji — a NASM Certified Personal Trainer based in Scottsdale with a passion for strength training, endurance, and holistic fitness. I’ve spent years studying and applying evidence-based training, nutrition, and recovery principles to optimize both performance and longevity.
My approach blends structure with adaptability, helping people build lean muscle, improve conditioning, and create sustainable habits that fit their lifestyle. I’m especially passionate about helping busy professionals and students find the balance between training hard and living well.
Outside of the gym, I enjoy hiking Arizona’s trails, listening to podcasts, and staying active year-round. A fun fact about me: I completed a 50-mile ultramarathon — an experience that taught me the power of discipline, mindset, and consistency.
