Sara is a very attentive yoga instructor. She asked me questions for a more personalized class and corrected my poses, which I appreciated.

Sara is an exceptional yoga instructor who creates a welcoming and supportive environment for all levels. Their expertise and genuine passion for yoga was very evident in her classes.

Sara taught the class great! Helped me when my pose was off and at the end rubbed my head with essential oil! Definitely recommend the class and Sara!
