Nicole does a wonderful job of providing yoga exercises for us. Very effective and interesting.

Her poses were relaxing and challenged me. Her voice was soothing, upbeat, pleasant. She was knowledgeable and led us through the poses with concise and easy to understand. I like her music selection too. I look forward to her teaching more classes here at Affinity Tavolo
