What a great workout! James was so creative with his use of workout "toys" and techniques that the time just flew by. I have problems with my shoulders and knees but James took all of that into account in his plan and could modify things on the spot very quickly when needed. He kept both body and mind busy, which really helps when fatigue is setting in. Lots of fun! I'm going back next week.

I have been working out with James Anderson now for 2 months and I am extremely pleased with the results to date. I'm in my late 50's so am looking to improve core strength and flexibility, and James has provided exercises and - as important - motivation for me to improve in these areas. I am looking forward to the coming Ski Season knowing that my core strength and flexibility will be significantly better than last season.
