Join us outside for a mindful movement practice. In this class, we will explore yoga's physical, mental, and emotional benefits through simple movement, mindfulness, and breathwork. The poses in this class are designed to encourage openness in the body and find rest and rejuvenation for the mind. Gentle Yoga is perfect for both new and seasoned yogis. The postures can accommodate all bodies.

Don't forget your yoga mat!

If the weather is not ideal for the class to happen outside, the instructor will message the class to move to the indoor location.
