Join us for a relaxing morning of Yoga and Mimosas. The first hour (part 1) is a gentle yoga practice. In this class, we will explore yoga's physical, mental, and emotional benefits through simple movement, mindfulness, and breathwork. The poses in this class are designed to encourage openness in the body and find rest and rejuvenation for the mind. Gentle Yoga is perfect for those new to yoga and seasoned yogis. The postures can be accommodated for all bodies. The second hour (part 2) is an open hour where we will enjoy mimosas and light snacks.
