The gym is primarily used for baseball and softball training in early afternoon to late night. The space is 5200 sq of warehouse where you can pull the cages back and use the turfed warehouse area for anything as dimensions are 88' long x 60' wide. The space also includes a full weight room from your small items such as cones, hurdles and ladders to squat rack, ghd, specialty bars and box jumps. We have upbeat and positive environment which creates the unique growth environment.
