Beautiful setting. Could be improved by allowing the instructor access to the speaker and other location settings to make the session as customizable as possible.

Small gym, but clean and nice. Has kettle bells, medicine balls, yoga mats, weights, and cardio. BYO-Resistance bands!

If I was doing a strength training class, it would have been just fine. However, yoga is meant to be calm and relaxing. Hearing others work out with the clanging weights and the clicking of the elliptical was very distracting. Also, as people moved around lights would come on more brighter right above us. Not the ideal setting for yoga at all.

Response From The Eden Queen Anne:

Thanks so much for the feedback! Moving forward, we will reserve the fitness center for yoga classes. That should eliminate distractions for yoga classes. Hope to see you in future yoga classes again!

This gym is definitely designed for those who do a lot of cardio. There's only one weight machine and limited free weights. If you have a trainer and can do body weight exercises, it's great. But, be prepared to bring some of your own equipment. I would say the main benefit of it is that it's a nice, calm space to work out. The only reason why I use it is that it's "free" and there. As I get more serious, I will consider transitioning to a larger gym.
