The holiday season is a wonderful time to practice gratitude for the big and small things in life. While meditating on the positive, the instructor will guide the class through poses that promote physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all levels, this class yoga is practiced with intention, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing.
