Head outside for yoga! This class will take you back to the fundamentals of yoga to build a strong foundation and understanding of proper alignment and technique. Sun Salutations and creative flow sequences are emphasized. We offer more challenging options for intermediate-level asanas, including arm balances and inversions. Connecting breath and movement, we energize the mind, body, and soul while creating a dynamic meditation in a relaxed and welcoming environment. If the weather isn't cooperating, the instructor will message the class to move into the Yoga Studio. Please don't forget your yoga mat!
