Pump up your heart rate and torch calories with real boxing, paired with bodyweight strength intervals inspired by yoga, Pilates, and barre sculpt. No equipment necessary, however hand and ankle weights are encouraged for an extra burn! We will always end with 10-15 minutes of core and yoga to lengthen, rest, and reward the muscles for knocking out all of your stress!
