In this class, we explore the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga through movement, mindfulness and breathwork. The poses in this class are alignment-based with modifications provided. No prior experience is necessary - touching your toes is not a prerequisite! This class is great for seasoned yogis with experience looking to build a stronger foundation and for beginners. Poses can be adapted for all bodies.
