I have been training with Sierra for several months. She is very kind and patient, yet also disciplined in having me seek and attain progress. I strongly recommend her for those like me who are new to yoga and have stalled in their efforts to achieve a sustained, positive fitness regimen.

This class is great for all skill levels. It had been a long time since my last yoga class and this was perfect for it. It was slow but focused and helped work trouble areas. A great way to start a Saturday.

My wife signed me up for Julian's class and I really liked it. The class was more that what I expected. It was the first time in 10 years for me to really exercise. I will be attending more of Julians classes.

Circuit Infusion
:
This circuit class consists of 6 sets of different small workouts that repeat three times with a short water break in between. We started with a quick warm up to get the heart rate pumping, then dove right into the workouts. We ended with a cool down stretch session. All in all it was a good workout, I was definitely sweating towards the end and my body felt good despite previous injuries making my left hamstring weak. Emily was a good instructor. She paid attention to my weak hamstring and she did the exercises along with us.

This was a good high intensity 30 minute session. The instructor Julian did a good job blending different workouts that exercised my core, upper body, and lower body with a nice stretching session towards the end. Definitely felt pushed, and I was sweating a lot towards the end. Highly recommended if you don't have a lot of time in your hands and are looking for a quick and efficient workout to de-stress and get ready for dinner out.

I have never participated in a class like H.E.A.T. I loved the different exercising station's along with working the entire body. It was great and I am looking forward to joining the other classes that are offered. The time is perfect for my schedule and the different days works perfect as well.

Great workout! This program was very well put together. I felt my body stretched and pushed, yet also very relaxed afterwards. Meredith was a very good yoga instructor. Her yoga program is more strength focused and gave me a good workout, she emphasizes breathing techniques throughout the program. I felt like I had a guided meditation session afterwards. This was a good morning workout and it really woke me up and left me in good spirit to begin the day.

Beginner Yoga

It's hard to believe, but this was my very first yoga experience (I'm 45 years old!). And I was simply blown away by it. I took a flight earlier during the day and then did some fairly intense exercise afterwards. My body was tense and I was stressed out. This class totally relaxed me. Sierra was a great Yoga teacher and she did a good job introducing me to Yoga. She also created a super smooth experience even for a brand new person like me. I will definitely try Yoga again.

Julian met me right on time. We spent some time doing assessments and then building a training program for me. I really appreciated is attention to my form and my comfort level. He immediately notices certain issues and corrected them to ensure my physical benefit. I will be setting up regular meetings with Julian and look forward to his partnership as i improve my physical health and well being.

Julian was very professional and helped me out in ways I never thought that I would be able to challenge myself with. I will be attending more of Julian's classes and I am looking forward to getting back in shape with Julian. When not in Julian's classes I will continue to perform the exercises that he instructed me to do. We really do appreciate Guided Fitness for working with the Gables. My wife is looking forward for Lexi to be her personal trainer once the race season starts slowing down.

Emily is a warm, knowledgeable, and active trainer. She designed a nice circuit training program and gave clear instructions. I liked the fact that she did all the exercises along with us and she paid attention to my injuries. I really enjoyed the session with her.

Julian is strong (big guy with big muscles), knowledgeable, and funny. He did a good job combining workouts that exercised my core, upper body, and lower body with a nice stretching session towards the end. He gave clear instructions that were easy to follow. He's also very careful and corrected my bad posture a couple of times to make sure I wouldn't be injured during the exercises. I will definitely train with Julian again.

I loved Lexis class it was exactly what I needed. I have never participated in a class like H.E.A.T. I am looking forward to the challenge of doing both of Lexis classes on Friday morning. Lexis was a great instructor! I loved the way that Lexis showed each workout (easy, intermediate, and hardcore). She also made sure to check on us during our exercising to see if we needed to rest or intake water. I have been spreading the word about the classes and have invited people so I hope that they do show up. I am also interested in Lexis for personal training as well. She is very knowledgeable and loves what she does... Looking forward to trying the other classes as well.
Thank you Lexis for being who you are and loving what you do.. See you!

Sierra is a great yoga teacher. Her voice were soothing. Her instructions clear, smooth, with no interruptions. She is very patient and attentive with me (since this was my very first yoga class) and made sure I followed along. The program she created was super relaxing, yet helped me stretch my body. In one of the poses (I forgot the name, basically you sit with one leg bent inwards and try to reach the toes of the other leg with both hands) There was a huge difference between what I was able to reach in the beginning of the class and after. I will definitely train with her again.

The gym offers all the up to date equipment that we need in order to change our lives. It is kept clean and neat but, could use towels. But, other than that it is great and we would recommend our gym to any and everyone.

It has everything that a runner needs in order to keep in shape and up to date with training schedules. It's kept clean and the equipment is great and up to date.

This yoga class was held in the Gables group fitness / yoga room called "Flex Fit Room". The size of the room was huge by apartment standards. It's beautifully decorated and equipped with high quality stationary bikes. It was nice that the yoga instructor was able to adjust the lighting to create the perfect setting for yoga.
