This gym has two large rooms, one with hardwood floors, the other with a boxing ring. It's super quiet, which is good. But it does not have a lot of weight lifting materials.

Evolv Fitness is a nice gym but there are no machines and not a lot of equipment. It is possible to get by if you know what you are doing, but this makes working out a little less accessible to most people.

Gym Staff and trainers were very friendly. Clean environment with spacious group training area. Fun music creating an upbeat atmosphere. Parking can be challenging, but space was always available and not really an issue. Parking is FREE after 6pm.

Smaller gym, but like that it's not crowded. Wish they provided towels, but other than that it has most of the essentials for circuit training.

Evolv is a rare little gem located at the South Lake Union region close to Amazon. It was a quick 8 minutes walk from my Amazon building (Arizona). They have new hardwood floors and weight equipment. Very clean. The one super cool feature at Evolv is that their boxing rink, it's rare to see a boxing rink at a gym. I got to try out boxing for the first time in my life, and it was great fun.
