This is a great class from any kid from 1-10 years old to get comfortable in the water. It is recommended that the young kids should wear floaties and parents should be around if you have a child under 5. Kids will learn the basics of strokes, breathing and floating and how to feel calm in the water.


Please note that you should register for this class to pay online to attend. If no one is signed up for this class on the Guided Fitness page, this class will cancel 24 hours before the class start.

If you cannot attend class, please cancel your registration as soon as possible at least 12 hours before. If you happen to be within the 12 hrs or less, you will not receive a reimbursement.
