Interesting facility. It was originally designed for athletes. It's a large indoor (Tennis court size) facility. They have all kinds of standard sports equipment and training tables for doing the muscle activation procedures and assessments. It's not super busy when I was there (9AM on a Tuesday). The folks there were pretty cool and relaxed and friendly to each other.
