I had such a great work out with Paige last Saturday. After, I wanted to know the circuits we did because it apparently used every part of my body, and was difficult to the level I needed most to improve. I felt guided to get stronger by a real pro the whole time. Thanks Paige! Cannot wait to get back to the gym!

Paige always guides this group training toward greater fitness where today the pace moved much faster, and each set move is sustained longer for more control. For me, the workouts always need to feel like it's more challenge, not easy. Then, I discover my strengths and weaknesses, Paige gives that extra push to improve strength awareness from one session to the next, building on prior sets, adding new movements. Burpees are never easy, but especially a challenge at the end of an hour workout session. And, that's all good. Thanks Paige for always planning a professional approach that achieves guided fitness.

I'm day 1 post workout and boy do I feel great! I'm sore yet filled with happy endorphins and I can't wait to do it again! I hadn't been pushed that hard by myself in my own workout so to have great direction is super beneficial! The class was very well organised and for people of all fitness levels.

Paige is a pro who clearly plans ahead this 1 hour fitness class where I felt pushed to move beyond my comfort zone, discovered new strengths I didn't know existed, and learned how best to focus on basic full body strength movements also with weights which will improve my form and power going forward. Thanks Paige for this terrific and tough workout!

Rooms need fans or ceiling fans on working and doors open as rooms are really too small and too hot for one to really feel like at least I can not feel rung out just from lack of air. Thanks for telling management.

Chris is a great fitness professional who keeps this fast paced multiple and varied training at a medium to high level giving personal tips to participants for a 1 hr full body workout, with time for stretching at the beginning with a few yoga poses at the end to top it off. Thanks Chris!

ALEXIS is The Bomb! She put together a tough 60 min. full body workout that really pushed me hard enough to feel a big difference and it was fun too. She is positive, knows her stuff on best form, coaches and guides. Thanks Alexis!

Good challenging work out for any fitness level. Definitely targeting sculpting the body. !!! Love the small class size but everyone should try.

Tyler was great, very adept and knowledgeable trainer, clear at demonstrating the basic moves and correct form for me to know how best to deploy each set and get maximum benefits. Friendly and courteous. Definitely felt it the benefits on the next day which means this workout is fitness forward and a challenge..

the class wasn’t too hard and It was a pretty good workout! Got a nice sweat going. I would have like to have added in a little more strength training and a cool down stretch after but i understand the time restrictions.
