Aqua Fitness combines the aerobic and muscular benefits of cardio dance in the water and strength intervals and the low-impact benefits of pool workouts. Improve your fitness and protect your joints with this enjoyable water workout.The instructor may have participants do exercises on the pool deck as well, so be sure to bring your yoga mat!
If weather is not cooporating, the instructor will reach out to move class indoors.
