My wife signed me up for Julian's class and I really liked it. The class was more that what I expected. It was the first time in 10 years for me to really exercise. I will be attending more of Julians classes.

This was a good high intensity 30 minute session. The instructor Julian did a good job blending different workouts that exercised my core, upper body, and lower body with a nice stretching session towards the end. Definitely felt pushed, and I was sweating a lot towards the end. Highly recommended if you don't have a lot of time in your hands and are looking for a quick and efficient workout to de-stress and get ready for dinner out.

I have never participated in a class like H.E.A.T. I loved the different exercising station's along with working the entire body. It was great and I am looking forward to joining the other classes that are offered. The time is perfect for my schedule and the different days works perfect as well. Thank you!
