I truly Loved Nicole’s class!!! Her poses were relaxing and challenged me. Her music selection was great. And her voice is soothing and pleasant. I’m looking forward to her teaching more classes here at Affinity Tavolo.

There is no doubt in my mind that it was the BEST chair workout I have ever had.
