This circuit class consists of 6 sets of different small workouts that repeat three times with a short water break in between. We started with a quick warm up to get the heart rate pumping, then dove right into the workouts. We ended with a cool down stretch session. All in all it was a good workout, I was definitely sweating towards the end and my body felt good despite previous injuries making my left hamstring weak. Emily was a good instructor. She paid attention to my weak hamstring and she did the exercises along with us.
