CoFounder and CEO
Dan is a veteran in the high tech industry with more than 18 years experience in the Seattle area. 14 years at Microsoft, and 4 years at Amazon.com. Dan benefited physically and spiritually from personal training. Hence he made it his mission in life to bring this benefit to everyone.
Nick has crafted his art at one of the most prestigious health and wellness facilities in the Pacific Northwest. Having worked with clients of all backgrounds as well as having personal experience in weight loss and adopting an active lifestyle, Nick looks to instill the passion for living a happy, healthy, fulfilling life.
Dan and Nick met through personal training. Under Nick’s guidance, Dan was able to go from not
being able to run more than 15 minutes to running three half marathons and three triathlons.
Micah is an experienced personal trainer who has worked in two of the largest private health clubs in the world. Originally from Minnesota, Micah grow up loving the outdoors and playing sports. Upon graduation from Winona State University with a BS in Exercise Science, he decided to pursue personal training as a career. Micah works with clients in all stages of life and aims to share his passion for fitness, health, and movement with everyone.
After graduating from Western Washington University with a B.A. in Business Administration - Finance, Isaac worked in lending and mortgages. He did not want this to be his future career so he began learning web development in his spare time. In order to fully pursue his new passion, he decided to leave his previous job and enroll in an intense coding bootcamp and has not looked back. Isaac also loves going to the gym and running outside on nice days so he is excited to be part of the GF team where he can constantly be around technology and fitness.
Sierra hails from Indianapolis, Indiana. A serious injury at the age of 20 led her to yoga. The doctor held out little promise for a full recovery, so she began the practice of yoga. She was hooked and the rest is history! Sierra is excited to bring yoga, along with better health and fitness, to as many people as possible. This, among many reasons, is why she is proud to be part of the Guided Fitness team.
