One of my favorite practices for total well being is yoga, and the best thing about yoga is that its benefits are available to everyone regardless of their physical condition!
I am a Certified Yoga Instructor with 850 hours of formal training, and I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy for Sports Medicine. I have additional specializations in Yin Yoga and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga.
Some of my favorite hobbies include rock climbing, gardening, reading, and playing music.
