My name is Sofia and I am originally from Vancouver, Canada. I am a professional ballet dancer with Ballet North Texas and hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Ballet Performance from the University of Oklahoma. In addition to ballet, I also enjoy Pilates and have a certification in Mat Pilates. I am passionate about inspiring others through movement and supporting them in reaching their healthiest, most joyful selves.
