My name is Michele and I am excited to begin this journey with you! I am a yoga and a fitness instructor. I started my yoga practice to find calmness and nourishment for myself amidst many life transitions. It has become my purpose to help others know the flexibility, endurance, and strength that yoga can provide.
When I'm off the mat I love to be outdoors in nature, whether it's hiking or camping with my children or just "being" I am most comfortable there. I also enjoy creating healthy alternatives to junk food in the kitchen!
