For the last 6 years, I have enthusiastically immersed myself in the fitness industry as a yoga instructor, personal trainer, and group fitness instructor. Additionally, I have a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience and am currently pursuing a master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. I truly believe there is no end to learning and strive to continue to find ways to learn and grow. To me, fitness is a form of preventative medicine and should be holistic, encapsulating the mind, body, and spirit. I strive to develop authentic, trusting relationships with my clients by creating a judgment-free environment as well as individualized programming catered to their needs and goals. As I always say, there is no right or wrong in fitness or wellness; there is only what is safe and beneficial to you in this present moment. I am here for guidance, but you are truly the expert of yourself! Allow me to help you to cultivate deeper awareness, practice self-love, and most importantly have fun!
