My name is Matt Frater. I am a strength and conditioning coach specializing in sports performance. I have been a lifelong athlete and I have a passion for human performance and the optimization of the body. I played both football and rugby at the college level and training is centered around the exercises that drive increases in strength and performance. I also have an interest in nutrition, and I also make sure to advise my clients on the basic guidelines of proper nutrition. My clients are always pushed to put in the required effort to become the best version of themselves, whether their best version of is a lighter one, stronger one, or a more athletic one. Whatever your goals are, we will put together a plan to accomplish it.
