Hi there! I’m Liza Moore-- plant enthusiast, casual crafter, and certified fitness instructor in Northern Virginia. I’ve taught fitness classes for over 4 years and love helping people find joy in moving their bodies. You could say my fitness journey started in my first Ballet class at age 3. After 15 years of Ballet, I wanted to share the joy of dance with others and pursued my Barre certification. In my Barre classes, I combine foundational movements such as squats and push-ups with classic Ballet techniques leaving you feeling stretched and strong! My fitness journey continued in 2020 when I pursued my 200 hr RYT. One of the most important things I took away from my training was the importance of your breath. In my Yoga classes you will learn how to cultivate the power of your breath through movements that are accessible to all levels and feel right for your body. So, whether you’re looking to practice your plié or pranayama, or both, I hope to see you in class!
