About Kate:

Hello! My name is Kate, and what brought me to yoga, about 10 years ago, was learning how to deal with my scoliosis. Yoga not only helps my body feel better, but it has helped me learn to love myself and all of my flaws. After a yoga practice, I feel grounded and closer to myself which helps me feel present and authentic. I have been teaching Vinyasa Yoga for about 2 years to all levels of participants. I enjoy practicing with others because it is a way to connect and do something positive together. Aside from yoga, I also love nature, reading, and dogs. I am originally from Pennsylvania, but the sunshine, warm weather, and live music scene brought me to Austin and I intend to stay a while :)
