My style of yoga blends strength and flexibility with the ultimate goal of leaving your mat recharged and with a clear mind. I completed my teacher training in 2016 in the vinyasa tradition, so you can expect to move with fluidity. Not only will you progress in the physical postures of yoga, but you will also learn traditional yoga philosophies and develop mindfulness skills to carry with you. When I'm not on my mat, you can find me at a playdate with my toddler, renovating our old bungalow, or cooking up a new recipe.
